Miskolci Fürdők Ltd. accepts no liability for any inconvenience or injury arising from the violation of these House Rules. Due to the natural characteristics of the cave, occasional rock loosening may occur. Miskolci Fürdők Ltd. accepts no liability for any accidents resulting from such natural geological conditions.
- These House Rules apply to the entire area of Miskolctapolca Cave Bath.
- For the purposes of these House Rules, "staff" means any person employed by or working under contract with Miskolci Fürdők Limited Liability Company.
- The primary responsibility of the management and staff of the Cave Bath is to provide Guests with courteous service and a pleasant environment for relaxation. They are responsible for ensuring compliance with all health, safety, accident prevention, personal and property protection regulations, as well as all applicable legal and operational requirements. They must also ensure that the conditions necessary for safe operation are continuously maintained from the perspectives of occupational health, workplace safety and fire protection. Any hazards that may arise must be eliminated immediately or, where this is not possible, the affected area must be closed to Guests without delay.
- All facilities operated by Miskolci Fürdők Ltd. are protected by Mirend-Sec Ltd.
- A CCTV surveillance system operates throughout the Cave Bath. Miskolci Fürdők Ltd. uses a closed-circuit electronic surveillance system to monitor public areas under the following conditions:
- The surveillance system is used exclusively for the protection of human life, physical safety, personal freedom and property, as well as for the prevention and investigation of unlawful acts.
- The surveillance system is operated only to the extent strictly necessary to achieve the above purposes and does not constitute a disproportionate restriction of the right to informational self-determination. Cameras are not installed in areas where monitoring would infringe human dignity, such as changing rooms or toilets. The system complies with the highest applicable data security standards and supports automatic recording. Recordings are retained for 15 days and may be used solely as evidence in criminal, administrative, civil or other official proceedings related to incidents occurring on the premises. After the retention period expires, any unused recordings are permanently deleted. Access to recordings is restricted to the system operator and only where necessary to fulfil contractual obligations or prevent or interrupt unlawful acts. Recordings may be disclosed only to courts or competent authorities as provided by law. Any disclosure requires legal authorisation, after which the recording is deleted without delay. Any person whose rights or legitimate interests are affected by a recording may, within five days of its creation, request that it not be deleted until the matter has been resolved. Upon request by a court or other competent authority, the recording shall be provided without delay. If no official request is received within sixty days following such preservation request, the recording shall be permanently deleted. Data subjects are entitled to exercise all rights provided under the applicable legislation on data protection and freedom of information, subject to the limitations prescribed by law. A written record shall be prepared whenever recordings are accessed, indicating the person granted access, the reason for access and the date of access.
